Mossborough Mail will ship via untracked letter mail all across the world at the end of each month - if you join in June, your mail will ship at the end of June. Please allow one month for mail to arrive before contacting me!
Payment will automatically charge on the same day you subscribed each month until canceled (you can do so in your account settings, where you can also edit your address and payment info)

Each month you will receive four sticker sheets illustrated and designed by me. You will meet a new citizen of Mossborough through each mail!
There will be an illustrated sticker sheet, washi strips sheet, memo/icons sheet, and letters sheet. They’ll be packaged in a patterned sleeve and illustrated envelope.

Yes! Through your account, you can cancel, change your address, or change your payment information. You will also get an email before your subscription renews each month.

If you add other products to you cart with your Mossborough Mail subscription, everything will ship together at the END of the month. If you’d like your regular items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.

All mail will ship at the END of the month you joined. Arrival depends on your location and can vary:
Canada: 1-3 weeks
USA: 1-4 weeks
International: 2-6 weeks

You will be charged on the SAME day every month that you first subscribed.
For example, if you join on July 8th, you will automatically be charged for the next mail on August 8th. Please cancel before then if you no longer want mail!
